💳 How to Deposit Funds

To start placing orders, you need funds in your SMMMARIA wallet. Follow these simple steps to deposit money securely.

1. Go to the Wallet Page: Click on the "Wallet" link in the sidebar menu.
2. Select Payment Method: Choose between MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa/Mastercard, or Manual Upload.
3. Enter Amount: Type the amount you wish to deposit (Minimum is $1.00). You will see a bonus calculated automatically.
4. Enter Details: If you selected MTN/Airtel, enter your phone number. If Manual, follow the instructions to send the money via WhatsApp.
5. Process Deposit: Click the "Process Deposit" button. For Mobile Money, a prompt will appear on your phone to enter your PIN.
6. Wallet Credited: Once approved, your wallet balance will update automatically.

🚀 How to Place an Order

Once your wallet is funded, you can start growing your social media accounts.

1. Navigate to New Order: Click "New Order" in the sidebar.
2. Select Category & Service: Choose the platform (e.g., Instagram) and the specific service (e.g., Followers).
3. Enter Link: Paste the link to your post or profile. Ensure your account is public!
4. Enter Quantity: Type the amount you want. Make sure it is between the Min and Max limits shown.
5. Submit: The estimated charge will be calculated. Click "Submit Order" to deduct the funds from your wallet and start the order.

📚 Understanding Services

The Services page displays all available growth services we offer.

• Search & Filter: Use the search bar to find services by name or Service ID.
• Live Pricing: Prices are shown in both USD and UGX (Ugandan Shillings).
• Average Time: This is an estimate of how long the order will take to complete.
• Refill: Services marked with "Refill: Yes" mean that if your followers drop, the system will automatically replace them for free within the refill period.

📁 Page Explanations

Dashboard

Your central hub. It shows your wallet balance, total spent, order statistics (completed, pending, canceled), and recent platform announcements.

Services

This is your catalog. The Services page displays all available growth services we offer. You can use the search bar to find services by name or Service ID, filter by platform (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and view live pricing in both USD and UGX.

New Order

This is where you place a single order. You select a category, choose a specific service, paste your link, enter the quantity, and submit. The estimated charge is calculated for you before you confirm.

Mass Order

Need to place multiple orders at once? The Mass Order page allows you to submit bulk orders by pasting a list in the format: ServiceID|Link|Quantity (one per line). This is a huge time saver for resellers and agencies.

Orders

Here you can track the status of all your orders. You can view the order ID, service name, status (Processing, Completed, Partial), and the exact amount charged.

Refill

Some services come with a "Refill" guarantee. If your followers or likes drop, you can use the Refill page to automatically request that the dropped amount be added back to your account for free, as long as the refill period is active.

Tickets

If you encounter any issues, use the Tickets page to open a support request. Our admin team will respond to your inquiries directly through the platform.

API

For developers. This page provides your unique API key and documentation on how to send orders programmatically to SMMMARIA from your own scripts or reseller websites.

🔒 Refund & Order Policy

Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms:

• No Refunds for Unlisted Services: If you place an order using a Service ID that is not actively listed on our panel, the order will be rejected or lost, and no refund will be issued.
• Incorrect Links: Ensure the link you provide is correct and the account/post is public. We do not refund orders placed on private accounts.
• Quantity Limits: Always check the Min and Max limits. Orders placed below the minimum or above the maximum will be canceled automatically without a guarantee of immediate refund.

🍪 Cookies & Data Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Here is how we handle your data when you use SMMMARIA:

• Authentication Tokens: We use your browser's local storage to save your secure login token (JWT). This keeps you logged in safely without requiring you to enter your password on every page. We do not store your plain text password locally.
• User Preferences: Cookies are used to remember your preferences, such as whether you prefer Dark Mode or Light Mode for the dashboard.
• No Third-Party Tracking: We do not sell your data to third parties. Our payment gateways (PesaJet) use their own secure cookies solely to process your transactions safely.
